Stacie Francombe [@staciefrancombe] is the founder of Inspire Smart Success, a three-tiered approach to helping wedding industry businesses grow and succeed utilizing the ISS Magazine, ISS Experience and ISS Mentoring. Stacie is committed to changing how the wedding industry learns and networks, both one-on-one through her mentoring program, as a group with fun, educational seminars and networking events, and individually, providing wedding industry professionals with a magazine they can learn from at their leisure. Stacie loves nothing more than being able to use her talents and knowledge to help the wedding industry grow and thrive and to see wedding vendors find success through using smart business practices. Stacie will share her marketing savvy and experience growing companies across print, broadcast and online platforms, leading the panels and hosting the entire ISS Experience!
Natalie Franke Hayes [@risingtidesociety] is an International Wedding Photographer and founder of the Rising Tide Society. She is also a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Visual Studies and a concentration in Visual Neuroscience and the Psychology of Seeing. She loves discovering ways for small business owners to attract their ideal clientele through modern marketing strategies and works actively to empower entrepreneurs to thrive.
Krista Jones[@risingtidesociety] is a fine art film photographer and Graphic Designer for Creative Entrepreneurs and founder of the Rising Tide Society. She specializes in crafting unique brands that extend far beyond distinct typography and varying color palettes. Krista’s unique understanding of visual marketing, web design, and search engine optimization has enabled her to create dynamic identities that prosper both online and in the marketplace.
Jenny Sanders [jenny_sanders_] owner of Graceline Art is a calligrapher and illustrator based out of Portland, Oregon where she lives with her husband john and their pet rabbit. Her projects include custom wedding stationery, calligraphy, art prints, logos + branding as well as teaching calligraphy and watercolor workshops around the United States. She loves getting to teach and encourage others whether they are a newly engaged bride, a small business owner going through a re-brand or just someone who is learning a new hobby. She is honored to have had her work has been featured in numerous blogs and magazines such as Once Wed, Style Me Pretty, 100 Layer Cake, Pacific Weddings, and Cottage Hill and others.
Alison Bernstein from Two Bright Lights [two_bright_lights] is a new media executive with more than 20 years of experience in lifestyle, pregnancy, parenting, and weddings. She’s held positions in product, marketing, business development and content development.
Alison is currently the Vice President of Photography Marketplace for XO Group, envisioning the role photography plays in a content-driven marketplace and building products that connect photos with the professional services featured in them. She is also the General Manager of Two Bright Lights, a network that connects photographers, event planners and vendors with over 500 publishers across the country and around the world. Prior to this role, Alison was the Vice President of Product for XO Group, leading business and product development for the $10 million fashion and jewelry vertical, charged with growing the business and continually developing cutting-edge products for the bridal consumer. Alison has overseen syndicated partnerships with MSN, Google, AOL, and Yahoo, and has launched award-winning integrated advertising programs for sponsors including Estee Lauder, Pantene, and Four Seasons. Alison has led traffic-driving efforts through content distribution that has translated to millions of new visitors discovering The Knot, The Nest, and The Bump over the past sixteen years. Additionally, she oversees brand development projects and opportunities in entertainment for XO Group.
Alison has appeared numerous times on TODAY, CBS This Morning, MSNBC and local NBC, FOX and PIX news segments across the country.
Alison graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Anthropology. She resides in Westchester with her husband, three kids, and various household animals.
Ami Price [@amiatead] is the Executive Editor and Publisher of Elizabeth Anne Designs. Ami Price holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is passionate about all things beautiful and crafty. In addition to spending her days dreaming about wedding details, Ami is also the publisher of the wanderlust blog Entouriste. She lives in Chicago with her husband and their pup Charlie. Launched in October 2007, Elizabeth Anne Designs is dedicated to the details and inspirations that make a wedding beautiful and features real weddings, inspirational wedding shoots, tabletops, DIY ideas and more! We passionately believe that the most wonderful weddings are those that celebrate the couple in love and showcase details that are meaningful to their relationship. Jennifer Sbranti [@HWTM_Jenn] is a graphic designer and founder of Hostess with the Mostess® (HWTM), a hip and modern party planning resource where creativity is always the life of the party! HWTM brings stylish entertaining ideas to light through an inspirational "how-to" website, creative online community, and popular daily blog. Having hosted countless celebrations herself, ranging from special occasion showers for friends to large corporate events, Sbranti now shares her contemporary style and outside-the-box approach to entertaining with others. Her ideas have been featured in media outlets such as People, InStyle Weddings, Life&Style, Pregnancy, and The Today Show. Sbranti resides in San Diego with her husband (and HWTM co-founder) Sonny Sbranti and their 2 young daughters, Macy and Rylie.
Samuel Lippke [@samuellippkestudios] is an artist and photographer who has a passion for creating images in any environment, his highly trained eye naturally creates wedding and event images with a mix of fashion, fine art and photojournalism. Samuel’s work is featured in several exclusive wedding magazines including Vogue, W Magazine, Inside Weddings, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, People, Southern New England Wedding & Bride & Bloom . Marina Sousa[@JustCakeMarina] is a World Renowned Cake Designer and Owner of Just Cake. Marina has been seen on The Food Network where she impressively clinched first place multiple times on Food Network’s “Challenge” series earning the distinction of “Food Network Challenge Champion” and the coveted red chef’s coat. She has also served as a judge for the series. The Food Network has also featured her work on several specials. She was chosen to create the wedding cake for the winners of “Food Network Caters your Las Vegas Wedding” as well as create a showpiece cake for the first ever “Food Network Awards.” However, Marina’s favorite appearance was “Fantasy Weddings” where she had the honor of making the wedding cake for her friends, Keegan Gerhard & Lisa Baily. Marina and her assistant, Dawn, battled to the end of the multi-week elimination series on The Food Network,”Last Cake Standing”. Despite the trials and tribulations they were the only team never in the bottom two throughout the series! To date the current highlight of Marina’s cake career was as an invited guest on the “Oprah Winfrey” show, The Biggest Stars of Reality TV episode, representing The Food Network. Cristine Thomas is a former broadcast sales executive for FOX Television Honolulu. Prior to broadcast media sales, she enjoyed a successful eight year career with Nutri-System Weight Loss Centers, dedicating the second half of her tenure as general manager of the Hawaiian Islands. In 1993, Cristine returned to the mainland to launch a career in publishing. Today's Bride is now the most widely recognized and longest publishing wedding magazine in Northern California. She’s a well-recognized authority in the wedding industry, speaking for both national and regional organizations such as Wedding MBA, regional NACE chapters, Association for Certified Professional Wedding Consultants (ACPWC), regional Pictage User Groups (PUGS) and other wedding and sales centric associations. Cristine’s marketing forte comes from 31 years of experience in buying and selling media for demographics both broad and narrow, budgets both large and small. Chanda Eddens-Daniels [@amoniqueaffair] Built out of her love for planning gorgeous events, Chanda Monique Eddens – Daniels launched A Monique Affair as her contribution to the Same Sex community. With a passion for styling and coordinating events, Chanda’s years of design experience with Same Sex Weddings have established her as an expert. Her qualified knowledge of events combined with her edgy design style mix to provide a highly professional and tailored experience for each client she takes on. With former experience as a coordinator for non-profits, Chanda has experienced events of all calibers and sizes. She has led her business to many awards including winning the 2011 & 2013 Bride’s Choice Award by Wedding Wire and placing in the top three of ABC’s 2012 Best Bay Area List. Gemma Touchstone [@partystylemagazine] is a leading authority on global party styling trends from the early identification of up-and-coming party themes, to premier event styling, food presentation and is an early adopter of the social media revolution in her field. She’s the Editor in Chief of two stylist industry magazines Party Style Magazine www.ILovePartyStyle.com and now www.BridalStyleMagazine.com, a leading industry blogger and has been a regular stylist for Hollywood stars from the movies and TV. Gemma has taught about global party styling mega trends, blogging and the social media revolution at business events around the country. As a publicity expert Gemma has worked with business owners, stylists and international companies that want to leverage the free publicity in traditional and social media to establish their credibility, enhance their reputation, promote new products, or get the word out about a favorite cause or issue. Heidi Hughett & Karissa Paxton's [@coutureplanner + @karissapaxton] story begins with two outgoing, savvy girls leaving their years of corporate Hospitality Management and starting their own Wedding Planning businesses. Chezelle Rodriguez is a Marketing Strategist, Wedding Planning Certification Instructor, Floral Designer, Graphic Artist and best of all, wife and mother of four amazing kids. Creator of Chezelle Dezines (CD Weddings), a full service wedding planning firm that specializes in Destination Weddings based in Puerto Rico, also providing services in wedding stationery and website design. Chezelle’s passion for her work along with her specialty of rendering excellent customer service, her creativity and ability to negotiate, have been the fundamental pillars of her success for the past five years she has been on the enchanting island of Puerto Rico. She has whole-heartedly focused on the exclusive and important specialized market of Destination Weddings, mastering its complex logistics while identifying new trends. Cited as “one of the top wedding organizers on the island” by ¡Qué Pasa! Magazine, she has collaborated on numerous projects geared towards the luxury destination wedding market with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company who has acknowledged her efforts by officially endorsing her as the go-to person for destination weddings on the island. She received her certification from the Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute (LWPI) and later became an instructor for them and her floral design certification from The New York School of Flowers & Design.
Ann Trobough is the owner of Shopannabelle's a Luxury Stationery Studio in Las Vegas, Nevada. Shop Annabelle's was established in 2001 combining Ann's love of design and paper. For as long as Ann can remember, she has had the urge to design and create things. Shopannabelle's specializes in unique one-of-a-kind invitation suites. Designs often include patterns, mixed media (wood, acrylic, metal, fabric, ribbon, swarovski crystals, or glitter), Laser cutting or die cutting. Favorite print methods include Letterpress and Foil stamping. A majority of designs are three-dimensional and mail in a box. The studio works on a wide range of events and projects including weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, showers, holiday cards, corporate events, charity galas, birthdays, graduations and anniversaries. In addition, corporate client projects include logos, web design, collateral, packaging and overall brand management. Ann was featured on the Summer 2013 Cover of ISS Magazine. In the Spring of 2014, Ann was highlighted on the local ABC affiliate for the launch of "Be Kind, Helpful, or Generous..." a program that gets clients involved by performing a kind act and telling Shopannabelle's about it by mailing back a postcard. A donation for every postcard returned was made to a local women's shelter. Shopannabelle's has also been featured in Grace Ormonde Wedding Style. Previously Ann was involved in Marketing and Advertising in the Corporate World. As a designer and Account Supervisor for Nevada's Largest Advertising Agency, Ann marketed Las Vegas to the world. A native Southern Californian, Ann previously worked at Taco Bell Worldwide on new product roll-outs and television and radio commercials. Ann is married to Troy, a Dentist and has two boys, Austin 14 and Aidan 11. In her spare time she stays active keeping up with her boys' schedules, walking her yellow lab Harley and doing Pilates. She enjoys cooking, decorating for the holidays and tries to travel as much as possible. Ann is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Las Vegas and supports other local charities such as Style With A Cause and Shade Tree Shelter.
