OK – I think it’s safe to say we’re spotting a trend here. First there was the Angelina Jolie Oscar gown with the thigh high slit {and the meme that went viral}, and last night at the Country Music Awards in Las Vegas, we’ve been getting another good ole dose of some tanned and toned gams! Carrie Underwood and Sara Evans were just two of the big name ladies showing some serious leg on the red carpet.
Now, I’m heading on up to the Big Apple in less than 2 weeks for one of my favorite events – NY Bridal Fashion Week, where the industry vets and up and comers converge on the city to show off the next wave of gowns and accessories for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013. I’m willing to bet I’ll be seeing some sultry bridal gowns with sexy slits walking down those runways!

Who else will I see at Bridal Fashion Week?
I am loving the slits. Beyond sexy and daring. I am thinking I need to find an excuse to dress shop so I can rock a slit. If I were a bride Carrie Underwood’s dress would be in my top picks. I agree I think you will see sexy bridal gowns with slits at the NY Bridal Fashion Week. It sounds like so much fun, one day I would love to join you.
